The left and right frames are two separate Web sites which function independently. The Worker Transition Coach will guide you through several Web sites to assist you with using resources available during the company lay-off period.

• If the two Web sites do not fully display: use the scroll bar on the right (when available) to view all of the text on this Worker Transition Coach; use the scroll bar on the left (when available) to view the full page on the CareerOneStop and other web sites.
• Text written in bold refer to the primary frame (CareerOneStop and other resource sites). Text written in italic refer to the Coach content frame (Worker Transition Coach).
• The instructions, Do It box, are always placed at the bottom of the page. When the Did It button appears in the Instructions, there is an action step that you must take before moving on.
• When available, the Take Me There link must be selected to direct the primary frame to the appropriate page.
• You may hide this window to see a larger view of the primary window. To do this, select the Hide Coach in the top left corner of this Coach window. To return to the Coach, select the arrow again.
• You may select the Worker Transition Coach logo to return to the home page at any point in this Coach.
